The 2021 Blanc de Blancs celebrates our 40th year since the vines were planted. Barrel fermented and tiraged on site and disgorged after 4 years on lees. A wine for our special occasion and to be enjoyed for all occasions.
Four years on lees, 4g/L dosage. A light, bright yellow gold with green tinges and a fine, persistent bead. Subtle aromas of yellow pear, apple, hazelnuts, brioche and honey. Nicely balanced on the silky, creamily textured palate. Finishes even and long. An elegant aperitif-style wine to drink now and over the next two to three years.
