The 2012 Blanc de Blanc is our first sparkling wine and is dedicated to our mothers Elizabeth and Esthere and grandmother Esther.
Barrel fermented and tiraged on site and disgorged after 3 years on lees. A very pleasing outcome and a wine for that special occasion.
